A half-marathon plan that fits around your club.
Most running plans ignore your run club, swim squad or ironman training, then leave you behind when they get in the way. Coach builds your runs around the sessions you already do, and changes the plan when a hard one leaves you tired.

Yesterday's ironman session was hard and your resting heart rate is up, so today's long run is halved and kept easy. Everything you did this week still counts. You're on track.
What Coach is
Coach is a training app for people working towards a half marathon who also train with a club. You tell it your race and the sessions you never miss. It plans your runs around them, all the way to race day.
Each morning it asks how you're doing. When the signs say you're tired, it eases off instead of letting a hard club session and a hard run land back to back. It always tells you what it changed and why, and you can say no.
What you get
-
A plan built around your week
Add your club sessions once, with their day, time and how hard they usually are. Your runs are planned around them.
-
A morning check-in that takes about 20 seconds
How you feel, your resting heart rate, how you slept, and how last night's session went.
-
Push or protect, decided for you
Four warning signs. With none or one, do the full session. With two or more, today gets easier so you don't dig a hole.
-
Changes you can see and undo
Every change explains what happened and why. Tap Sounds good, or Keep original to train as planned.
-
Every session counts
Club sessions and extras, like a surf or a social game, count towards your training load, with a weekly check on your easy and hard balance.

How it works
-
Set up
Enter your race, its date, your target time and your club sessions. Coach builds your plan up to race day.
-
Check in each morning
Answer a few quick questions. If you skip one, Coach assumes the cautious answer.
-
Coach adjusts
It decides whether to push or protect, and moves or eases sessions so your week still works.
-
You decide
Keep the change or train as planned. If you don't answer, the safer plan stands.
